Happy Tuesday :)

Sorry that I haven’t posted anything in a while (not that anyone is holding their breath waiting for me to say something), I have been trying to make some money with a new business venture, I don’t want to go into it but it has been stressful. Usually new jobs, new ventures are stressful and take a bit of time to feel normal.

I spent many years in the electronics industry and have had more than my fair share of mergers, buyouts, and downsizing. I even worked in an outsourcing group for a few years before they finally outsourced me. I have been trying to find my way in the world. I can be challenging when you have gray hair and are no longer that new young guy that you used to be. I used to be able to find a job in a week if I wanted to do something new and different. These days for me have been difficult, after being laid off from a large fortune 500 company that had a small dip in their last quarter’s earnings it has taken months to try and bounce back.

Anyway, I’m trying to get out on my bike on a regular basis and have dropped a few pounds in the process. I have a great family, and I’m sure everything will work out great. And if the lottery gods are listening it sure would be nice if one of the tickets in my wallet had all of the winning numbers on it :)
